I have taught in several universities. My academy B.A.T.S was an authorized center for Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association when we trained for around 15 years hundreds of students/staff for both CIFFA and FIATA accreditation.
I have trained staff of different international companies such as MSC Lebanon, Japanese Tobacco International, Air Arabia, Euromaster Import/Export, Gray Line Worldwide, Afriqiyah Airways, Buraq Airline, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and many more. I published an eBook "Mastering Selling Skills".
As a trade department manager at MSC Cruises Lebanon, I led the company to successful product launches in bookings, sales, and beyond through a product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. I Led around 70 travel agencies to book with the company in the first year. While I have a broad travel experience of over 60 countries, Canada and Lebanon are always home.”

Continuously investing in my professional development, I have successfully completed over 20 courses and seminars. These include prestigious certifications such as IATA/FIATA diplomas, as well as specialized training in sales techniques, supply chain management, warehousing, heavy lifts transportation, air freight, sea freight, land freight, and packing and repacking for sensitive cargo (e.g., medicines, blood samples, valuable items). I have received training from renowned international companies such as DHL Express and Aviation, FranzWelz, HungaroCamion, Arkas, Navibulgar, MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industry), and Ansaldo Energia, spanning various countries including Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Turkey, the UAE, China, and others.
In 2009, I established my own company, focusing on providing comprehensive freight forwarding and logistic services by air, sea, and land. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed international projects in countries such as Iraq, the UAE, Syria, Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Belgium, Cyprus, and several African countries. Additionally, for over a decade, I have been conducting field training sessions for specialized freight forwarding companies, sharing my expertise and contributing to the professional growth of industry professionals.
