Understanding the complexities of Incoterms, especially in the realms of freight forwarding, import, and
export, can often pose challenges for students and staff alike. To address this issue, we have developed a

❖ Providing students with a concise document that encapsulates key information pertaining to the
subject matter.
❖ Offering students concise texts corresponding to each Incoterm, facilitating easier
comprehension.
❖ Presenting colorful diagrams related to each Incoterm, illustrating seller and buyer costs to
enhance understanding.
❖ Evaluating students with a meticulously crafted set of 25 questions (with the possibility of
additional questions) that simulate real-life scenarios, ensuring practical understanding and
application.
By employing this comprehensive methodology, we aim to clarify Incoterms and empower learners
with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of international trade effectively.
